Big news! As of last week, GARDEN OF THORNS AND LIGHT has officially been acquired by Blackstone Publishing for audio book production! Big thanks to Georgia McBride at Month9Books for brokering the deal and my awesome agent Stacey Kondla for hooking me up with Month9 in the first place.
Just like with signing the initial publication deal, this news feels surreal. I am a big fan of audio books, and I usually have a couple loaded into my phone at all times. This isn’t just because I love to read, but because, especially at night, listening to someone read to me helps with my anxiety. Before I worked up the courage to start therapy or medication for my depression, it was Jim Dale’s recording of HARRY POTTER that got me through those nights when, on my own, I couldn’t stop my heart or mind from racing.
I hope someone out there will find the same comfort in listening to Amethyst’s story.
